Custom reporting dashboard viewable within Signals
Now, in addition to seeing your custom reporting dashboard on the Dashboard domain when you login, you can access this dashboard within Signals by clicking Evaluation Reporting (formerly just called “Reporting” in Signals). You’ll still go here to edit/build custom reports as well.
We’ve also renamed this area Evaluation Reporting and added a description to make it clearer what data is being pulled within evaluation reporting vs. the rest of Signals.
As a note, adding the custom reporting dashboard to this area within the Signals domain is step 1 in our Homepage revamp. Future steps will let users set either the Evaluation Reporting dashboard or any Signals dashboard as their homepage (where they land when they login).
View only users can adjust date range if pinned filter has no date range
Now, a user viewing a shared dashboard with a pinned filter can change the date range, as long as the pinned filter has no date range specified. This means that, if I’m viewing a dashboard someone else created, as long as there’s no date range pinned, I can update the timeframe, which gives me more flexibility and insight as a dashboard viewer.
Small cards on Themes & Topics page
You asked, we answered! We’ve added the three standard insights cards (Total conversations, Average call duration with/without an Eddy, and Conversations with an Eddy) to the Themes and Topics page. This will allow you to get all the info you need in one place, rather than needing to jump across dashboards.
Updates to Signals side navigation
The side navigation in Signals is sleeker than ever! In addition to renaming “Reporting” (RV2) to Evaluation Reporting for clarity, you can now minimize/expand the side nav. so you have more real estate for viewing Signals reports.

Word Count Model
We're introducing a model to exclude conversations with fewer than 10 words from your Authenticx platform moving forward. This helps ensure that only meaningful interactions are analyzed, eliminating empty or non-substantive calls. By focusing on conversations of actual value, this update enhances the accuracy of insights, reporting, and overall evaluation.
As a result, some metrics—like average call duration and Eddy rate—may shift slightly, reflecting a more accurate picture of real customer interactions. This setting is optional, and we can always adjust the word count threshold based on your specific needs. If you notice changes in your reporting or have questions, let us know—we’re happy to help interpret the impact and make any necessary adjustments!

New filter: Primary Topic
We’ve added a new filter to Conversation Explorer and Signals: Primary Topic! This will allow you to filter your data based on the primary topic of conversation.
Themes are broad categories that group related topics, helping users understand the general areas of conversation. Topics are more specific and focus on specific call drivers.
You might filter by Themes to get a high-level view of how many conversations focus on a broader area (e.g., "Payment Plan Management"), while filtering by Topics helps you quickly find details relevant to specific areas (e.g., "Payment Plan Issue" or “Add Payment Plan”).

Show only locked selections on dashboards
On custom dashboards in Signals, you are now able to choose whether to only display your locked selections on a graph.
For example, if you’ve locked 3 selections, instead of showing those 3 plus an additional 2 others, you can elect to display only those 3 selections.
This makes it super easy for you to display exactly the information you want on your custom dashboards, which is especially useful when you’re sharing a dashboard with others on your team. Note that this capability applies only on graphs where you are able to lock selections, and only on custom dashboards (not the standard Signals dashboards).
