We’ve made some updates that will result in charts and drill-downs in Signals loading faster than ever! Specifically, this will speed up loading for your Eddy Reports, Classifier Reports, and Themes & Topics Reports.

Previously, if you filtered to “Human Evaluated” in Conversation Explorer or Signals, it would show results for in progress evaluations in addition to completed evaluations.

Now, filtering to “Human Evaluated” will show only completed evaluations (including any completed evaluations that have been “disputed” or “escalated”).

We have a new-and-improved Knowledge Base, which is now accessible from within the platform. This resource will give you clear, quick answers to your product-related questions.

You can access the Knowledge Base by clicking “Help” via the menu in the upper right-hand corner of the platform.

This will open the Authenticx Knowledge Base!
