Filter saving no longer impacted by cache clearing
Tired of building a robust feature set in Conversations, saving it, and losing it when you clear your cache No more! Now, filter applications for (date, type, and hierarchy) should persist...even after a cache clearing. Filters are currently limited to individual users only, and cannot be viewed or shared across teams.
New: clip color coding
Color coding for easy clip section identification is live: with more colors than ever before!
Automatically tie clips to evaluation questions
Now: when you select a Tag to apply to a created clip, the clip will automatically be attached to the relevant question on the evaluation that corresponds with the tag (ie you select First Impression as a tag, the clip will be attached to the First Impression evaluation question).
Within an evaluation, when you open up the clipping side panel, you will see an a toggle labeled “sync tags with the evaluation”. This will be enable by default on all evaluations. Toggling this into the off position will revert clip behavior to how it previously behaved: requiring you to manually attach the correct clip to the relevant evaluation question.
Note: When you change the answer to any evaluation question, any clips associated to that question will also have their tag updated.

Improvements to Clipping Experience, Access, and Labeling
Did you see our Pendo announcement? You can now name clips! Simply click on the clip title, and you can rename it to something more easily discoverable. These clip names will show up not only in the Montage Builder, but also in the clips menu on an Eval Question: making it easier than ever to find the relevant clip.
In addition to the naming enhancements seen above, we have also added the ability to edit clips, edit the clip transcript (and it automatically saves), added a button to expand or close all clips, and renamed everything 'Clips' for consistency!
Additionally: you can now edit clips, delete clips, add notes to clips, and add names to clips inside of Conversations.

Now users can specifically filter to find calls with or without an Adverse Event in the Conversation Explorer search filters.
Label speakers within a transcripts
Speakers can now be labeled inside of transcriptions in both Conversations and Evaluations! This can help you identify the right speakers or contributors to conversations, and will help the AI improve its ability to accurately label speakers going forward.

New Clip Editor that allows you to input timestamps to dictate what is clipped
New maximum clip duration is up to 5 minutes
