To use Smart Sampler, follow these steps:

Navigate to Smart Sampler by selecting the blue Upload Icon (to the left of the bell icon) in the top right corner of your dashboard.

Under the Selected Directory in the middle of the page, you’ll see a list of source files.

Select the Checkbox next to your desired source file.

Click Configure Sample to proceed.

You can select from preset RuleSets.

Or you can click Build RuleSet and build your own

You can select from Speech Classifier results, ML Model Results, or Metadata Fields to filter what calls will be Sampled (in the example below, we selected Call Duration of over 20min as our filter).

To use this RuleSet to choose our Sample, click Save. You will see the RuleSet as an option when building your Sample.

Choose how many calls you would like to be included in the sample that matches the RuleSet you have selected.

If you click on Build Recommendation, a box will pop up that allows you to input the volume of calls.

You enter a number and click Confirm to build your sample.

Now you see the calls that have been selected based on the RuleSet and if you click Use Sample, a panel will appear.

You can specify a set amount of calls to be sampled from one or more hierarchies.

Once you have selected your hierarchies, check the box Sample to the Middle of the Funnel. This will use AI to answer the Evaluation questions.

Lastly, click Start to sample these calls for Evaluation.
