To review Coaching Notes from your manager, follow these steps:

Scroll to the bottom of your Agent dashboard to access the Evaluations Table.

Toggle to the Completed Reviews tab. This view displays Evaluations that have been completed on your conversations, including Coaching Notes, feedback on your strengths, and recommended areas of focus.

In the Response Notes column, locate the option to Acknowledge coaching notes.

Click Acknowledge. You will be directed to a screen where you can review detailed coaching notes on:

Here, you also have the option to respond to the feedback provided. Once you’ve finished reviewing and adding your response, click Complete.

After returning to the Completed Reviews tab of the Evaluations Table, you’ll see your Response Notes visible under each relevant Evaluation.
