Dispute a Quality Score

Agents can use this article to learn how to dispute a Quality score in an Evaluation.

Should you need to dispute a Quality Score, follow these steps:

  1. If you have the permissions to dispute a quality score, you’ll see an option to dispute it within the Evaluation in the top right corner. If you choose to dispute a score, select Dispute Evaluation.

  2. You will notice check boxes appear next to questions. These are questions that have been scored and can be disputed.

  3. Select the Check Box next to the question(s) that you would like to dispute and select Request Dispute.

  4. A pop-up will appear asking to you input your reasoning for disputing the score. This step is optional. Select Submit Dispute when complete.
