To review and acknowledge an Evaluation, follow these steps:
Access the Evaluations Table
Scroll to the bottom of your Agent dashboard to access the Evaluations Table.
Toggle to the Completed Reviews tab. This view shows Evaluations completed on your conversations, including coaching notes, feedback on your strengths, and recommended areas of focus.
Click into an Evaluation
Click on an Evaluation to see your scores across various key areas such as:
Quality
Insights
Eddy Effect (our term for patient friction)
Compliance
💡 Note that all categories might not be available on every Evaluation. Use the toggles at the top to switch between different scoring areas.
Acknowledge the Evaluation
Once you’ve reviewed your scores, click Acknowledge Evaluation in the upper right corner.
This action lets your manager know that you’ve seen and acknowledged the scores for that Evaluation.
A pop-up will appear, confirming that you have acknowledged the Evaluation.
