Review an Evaluation

Agents can use this article to learn how to review and acknowledge an Evaluation.

To review and acknowledge an Evaluation, follow these steps:

Access the Evaluations Table

  • Scroll to the bottom of your Agent dashboard to access the Evaluations Table.

  • Toggle to the Completed Reviews tab. This view shows Evaluations completed on your conversations, including coaching notes, feedback on your strengths, and recommended areas of focus.

Click into an Evaluation

  • Click on an Evaluation to see your scores across various key areas such as:

    • Quality

    • Insights

    • Eddy Effect (our term for patient friction)

    • Compliance

💡 Note that all categories might not be available on every Evaluation. Use the toggles at the top to switch between different scoring areas.

Acknowledge the Evaluation

  • Once you’ve reviewed your scores, click Acknowledge Evaluation in the upper right corner.

    • This action lets your manager know that you’ve seen and acknowledged the scores for that Evaluation.

  • A pop-up will appear, confirming that you have acknowledged the Evaluation.
