Reports Available in the Agent Dashboard

When you, an agent, logs into the platform, you’ll see your personalized dashboard, displaying only data relevant to you—not other agents. Your dashboard is customizable and may include reports such as these.

Quality: Overall Trending Score

This report shows the agent's overall quality scores over time.

Compliance: HIPAA Violations by Agent

This report displays the number of HIPAA violations attributed to the agent.

Quality: Score by Skill

This report provides a detailed breakdown of quality scores by specific skills.

Evaluations Table

You will always see the Evaluations Table, which displays all evaluations that you have completed. By toggling to Completed Reviews, you can also view evaluations requiring their review and acknowledgment, as well as any coaching notes from your manager. Here, you can respond to coaching notes or dispute an evaluation if needed.
