Agent Dashboard

Agents can use these articles to learn about the reports available on their dashboards.

When you log into Authenticx, you’ll land on your personalized Agent Dashboard. This dashboard is designed specifically for you and only displays data related to your own conversations, evaluations, and coaching — never other agents’ information.

Using Dashboard Controls

At the top of the page, you can adjust filters to control what data you’re viewing.

You can select a date range to apply across the entire page, allowing you to focus on recent activity or review longer-term trends. You can also choose whether to include AI-Scored Evaluations in your data view. This helps you understand whether your scores and metrics are based on human evaluations only or a combination of human and AI scoring.

Review Quick Insights

The top of your page provides a snapshot of your recent performance and coaching activity.

Here, you can see the total number of coaching notes you’ve received, the percentage of coaching notes you’ve acknowledged, your average call execution score, and your average evaluation scores. This section is designed to give you an at-a-glance understanding of how you’re doing without needing to dig into individual conversations.

Completed Coaching

The Completed Coaching section shows coaching notes your manager has shared with you.

From here, you can review feedback tied to specific conversations, understand what went well, and identify areas for improvement. You can also track whether you’ve acknowledged each coaching note, helping you stay on top of required follow-ups.

Evaluations

The Evaluations section lists your conversation evaluations in one place.

You can quickly see whether a conversation has been coached, whether you’ve acknowledged the evaluation or coaching, and view your scores for each conversation. This makes it easy to review feedback, monitor progress, and understand how your performance is being measured over time.

Dashboard

Your dashboard may include several reports that help visualize performance trends and quality metrics. Here are some examples of what you might see on your individual dashboard.

Quality: Overall Trending Score

Shows the agent's overall quality scores over time.

Compliance: HIPAA Violations by Agent

Displays the number of HIPAA violations attributed to the agent.

Quality: Score by Skill

Provides a detailed breakdown of quality scores by specific skills.
