Trends Highlights Overview
Trends provide key insights over time, highlighting how volume and trends compare to previous periods of time. Use these insights to evaluate quality and compliance, helping you assess your team's performance and identify areas for improvement.
In Signals, you’ll be able to dive deep into understanding Trends Highlights and answer questions like:
How is the presence of certain classifiers changing over time?
How has agent performance evolved over time?
What are the significant trends and patterns in team performance, and where might improvements be needed?
Has the prevalence of a compliance event increased or decreased over time?
How frequently are safety events occurring?
Are safety events being properly acknowledged by agents?

Trends Highlights Reports
Snapshot
At the top of the Trends Highlights page, you’ll see an overview of:
Total conversations
Average call duration with an Eddy present, without an Eddy present, or all conversations
This gives you a quick snapshot at the data before diving into the reports.
Classifiers Over Time
This graph shows the trend of selected classifiers over time, so you can understand how often these classifiers are arising in conversations, and how that data is trending.
You can choose to view the data broken down by Topics, Process, Skills, or All Classifiers, and also select which specific Classifiers to include in the graph.
Average Score by Module Over Time
Use this graph to track the trend of average scores for selected modules over time.
Average Score by Question Over Time
Use this graph to track the trend of average scores for selected evaluation questions over time. You can select which module you want to look at by using the dropdown on the graph, and then select specific questions from that module by using the data grid beneath the graph.
HIPAA Compliance Over Time
Use this graph to track the trend of HIPAA Compliance in conversations over time.
Safety Events Over Time
Use this graph to track the frequency of Safety Events over time and determine if they are being acknowledged by the agent. The graph distinguishes between events that are identified or not identified, and whether they are acknowledged or not acknowledged.
