Classifier Maintenance Over Time

Once you have created your Classifiers, there are several different ways to maintain or edit them.

  • Copy a Classifier

  • Reclassify

  • Publishing New Classifiers

  • Un-publish Retired Classifiers

Copy a Classifier

If you select a single Classifier, you will be able to make a copy of that Classifier, and then make any additional edits to that copy.

Reclassify

If you select one or more classifiers, you can click the Reclassify button to run these Classifiers against a subset of interactions (in other words, check for “hits” of those Classifiers).

Clicking Reclassify will then prompt you to select a date range, date type, Classifiers to apply, and hierarchies.

Publish or Un-publish

If you select a single Classifier, you’ll have the option to Publish or Un-publish it (depending on its current status).

Publishing will make the Classifier available to your full organization.

Un-publishing will delete all results associated with that Classifier, and if you are not the owner of the Classifier, you will no longer be able to see the Classifier at all.

You will receive a pop-up warning before a Classifier is un-published.
