What is an Evaluation?
An Evaluation is an analysis of a single interaction by either a human or the AI in the Authenticx platform. These Evaluations consist of Modules where questions about the conversation will be answered.
What is An Evaluation Form?
Evaluations are forms of data, attached to a conversation, that are completed by a human analyst, AI-driven classifiers, or a combination of both. Evaluation forms consist of modules where questions about the conversation are answered.
Evaluation Forms allow Authenticx users and the AI to evaluate a conversation. These Evaluations drive many of the insights produced by the Authenticx platform and are responsible for the data surfaced in the Reports section of the Signals domain.
Terms to Know
There are many elements that comprise an Evaluation:
Module(s): individual forms made up of questions that are to be answered by a human analyst, machine learning, or metadata. One or several modules may make up an Evaluation form.
Audio Clip: an analyst-created segment of audio from an audio-based interaction. Users can also make clips from text-based interactions (i.e. chats, emails).
Metadata: Data about data, or associated information about the content of a file. In the world of conversational intelligence, metadata is usually the fields that tell a user the who, where, when of the interaction.
Evaluation (Eval) Number: unique number given to every Evaluation in Authenticx
